Fadel has worked for 16 years in the Energy industry and has held various roles across Europe and Africa for well-known international companies. He has work experience in project development/sales, power plant construction (EPCs for OCPP & CCPP single-shaft), O&G (platforms & FPSOs), and managing service contracts with full P&L and contract renewal responsibilities.

Fadel has also worked for a few years in the mining industry in West Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, as well as a Master’s in Business from Italy. Fadel speaks English, French, and Italian fluently.
