Scope of Project Management
KS Energy successfully executed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, together with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) management, ensuring the successful delivery, commissioning, and ongoing operation of the power plant.

Oversaw overall project management activities prior to the mobilisation of the O&M team.

Engineered and completed the missing scope of supply to ensure full plant functionality.

Procured and coordinated all required subcontractors and vendors to support efficient project execution.
Gas Turbine Commissioning, Start-up and Performance Testing
KS Energy worked in partnership with GE Vernova to carry out commissioning and start-up activities for the LM6000-PD gas turbines, including:

Cold and hot commissioning of gas turbine systems

Start-up procedures and operational testing

Performance testing and reliability run verification

Provision of field service personnel to support OEM commissioning activities

Troubleshooting and damage analysis to ensure optimal turbine performance
Balance of Plant (BOP) Commissioning

Repaired electrical systems in preparation for plant recommissioning.

Performed electrical testing and performance evaluations on Balance-of-Plant systems.

Successfully commissioned the BOP systems to achieve full operational readiness.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
KS Energy assumed responsibility for the full operation and maintenance of the power plant, including:

Plant operations and performance monitoring

Scheduled and preventive maintenance activities

Execution of corrective maintenance and operational support services

Management of operational resources required to maintain reliable plant operation
As part of the project’s Phase-2 development, KS Energy is also responsible for installing a fourth gas turbine, further expanding the facility’s generating capacity.
