EPC + O&M

– Project Management Services

• Overall project management prior to the mobilization of the O&M team
• Engineering of the missing scope of supply
• Procurement for all subcontractors/vendors

– Commissioning of Gas Turbines, Start-up, performance tests, and reliability run

• KSE, with its partner GE(General Electric), will perform cold and hot commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and reliability runs.
• KSE to supply GE with support field service personnel
• KSE to perform troubleshooting/damage analysis

– Commissioning of Balance of Plant

• Repair all electrical systems in preparation for re-commissioning
• KSE performed all electrical testing and performance checks on the BOP
• KSE commissioned the BOP

– O&M

• KSE is responsible for full operations and maintenance (O&M), including Installation of the 4th Gas Turbine, scheduled for phase 2 (O&M phase) of the project.
