ABA Scope of Services

EPC + O&M

– Project Management Services

• Overall project management prior to mobilization of O&M team
• Engineering of missing scope of supply
• Procurement for all sub-contractors/vendors

– Commissioning of Gas Turbines, Start-up, performance tests and reliability run

• KSE with its partner GE(General Electric) will perform cold and hot commissioning , start-up, performance testing and reliability runs.
• KSE to supply GE with support field service personnel
• KSE to perform troubleshooting/damage analysis

– Commissioning of Balance of Plant

• Repair all electrical systems in preparation for re-commissioning
• KSE will perform all electrical testing and performance checks on BOP
• KSE will commission the BOP

– O&M

• KSE will be responsible for full operations and maintenance (O&M) including Installation of the 4th Gas Turbine scheduled for phase 2 (O&M phase) of the project
