• Project/Construction Management: Prior to
mobilization of the O&M team,
full Project/Construction Management for
multi-contract “self-build” EPC(M) services consisting
of on-site Project Director and Project Engineer.
• Construction management for all OEM’s,
sub-contractors and sub-suppliers.
• Cost control, quality control, SHE coordination and
reporting to owner
• O&M Services: 6 months prior to commercial
operation date the O&M mobilization to site began
• Mobilization services
• Operation,
• Routine and daily maintenance
• Coordination of planned maintenance by
OEM Siemens
• Unplanned maintenance
