Scope of Project Management

The project scope includes the installation and commissioning of three (3) Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) sets, together with all associated mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems required for safe and reliable operation.

Prime Equipment

The installation covers the supply integration and commissioning of LM2500 G4 DLE gas turbines and associated generators, including all turbine and generator interface systems necessary for operational readiness.

Gas Turbine Packages

The scope includes the installation and commissioning of complete gas turbine packages, comprising turbine and generator enclosures, ventilation fans, and filter house systems designed to ensure proper air intake filtration and environmental control.

Auxiliary Systems

All supporting auxiliary systems required for turbine operation are included within the scope, including ventilation systems, turbine and generator lubrication oil (LO) systems, fuel systems, vibration monitoring systems, hydraulic start systems, and fire protection systems. Additional auxiliary equipment includes fin fan coolers, anti-icing systems, DLE cooler purge and drain skids, DLE fuel purge and cooling water system skids, and fuel boost skids.

Electrical and Control Systems

The project scope also encompasses the installation and commissioning of key electrical and control infrastructure, including Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Turbine Control Panels (TCPs), Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs), generator protection systems, synchronization systems, and the DC power system required for plant operation and protection.

Exhaust System

The installation and commissioning of the gas turbine exhaust system, including the exhaust stack and associated components, are included to ensure proper handling of exhaust gases and safe plant operation.
