Macheng is a seasoned executive with over 13 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and business development across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Since joining KS Energy in 2012, he has advanced to dual leadership roles as Group Logistics Director and Business Development Executive, where he oversees supply chain optimization, contract management, and compliance, and drives strategic growth initiatives in LNG and power generation projects.

He has successfully managed procurement and logistics for projects up to 300MW, working with advanced technologies such as GELM6000, LM2500, TM2500, SGT500–800, and WARTSILA gas engines. His portfolio includes LNG and CBM feasibility studies, market analyses, and stakeholder engagement across multiple African countries and international ventures.

He holds an MBA in Oil, Gas & Energy Management, a Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply (MCIPS), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Project & Logistics Management from the University of Botswana. A member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (UK), Macheng combines technical insight with strategic leadership, consistently optimizing supply chains, strengthening vendor relationships, and delivering board-ready solutions that align with KS Energy’s operational excellence and long-term growth objectives.
