EPC + O&M
– Project Management Services
- Overall project management prior to mobilization of O&M team
- Engineering of missing scope of supply
- Procurement for all sub-contractors/vendors
– Commissioning of Gas Turbines, Start-up, performance tests and reliability run
- KSE with its partner GE(General Electric) will perform cold and hot commissioning , start-up, performance testing and reliability runs.
- KSE to supply GE with support field service personnel
- KSE to perform troubleshooting/damage analysis
– Commissioning of Balance of Plant
- Repair all electrical systems in preparation for re-commissioning
- KSE will perform all electrical testing and performance checks on BOP
- KSE will commission the BOP
– O&M
- KSE will be responsible for full operations and maintenance (O&M) including Installation of the 4th Gas Turbine scheduled for phase 2 (O&M phase) of the project
