Construction Management
Oversight of project execution, ensuring the proper installation and commissioning of gas turbine generator units and associated plant systems in accordance with project timelines and technical requirements.

Project Planning and Coordination
Planning, scheduling, expediting, and coordinating the activities of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Cost Control
Monitoring project expenditures on behalf of the Owner and verifying that appropriate cost control measures were implemented to maintain compliance with the approved project budget.

Quality Assurance
Ensuring that all construction and commissioning activities were carried out in accordance with project design specifications, applicable industry standards, and established quality management procedures.

OEM Compliance
Monitoring adherence to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements, ensuring that all consumables, fuels, and commissioning materials complied with manufacturer specifications and guidelines.

Project Reporting
Preparation and submission of comprehensive bi-weekly progress reports to the Owner, outlining construction activities, commissioning progress against key milestones, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance.
